Do I need to know anything about technology?
No. You tell me how you work today and I build around it. You use it on the phone you already have.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
German, English, Turkish and many other languages. It replies in the language the customer writes in. I work with you in Turkish or English.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes, with a WhatsApp Business number. It also works with your website, your email and Instagram.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
It answers only from information you have approved, and it hands over when it isn't sure. At the start nothing goes out without your OK, and if something needs fixing, I fix it.
What happens to my customers' data?
Before I touch any data, we sign a data processing agreement (AVV) under the GDPR. I tell you which services process it. When we stop working together, your data is returned to you or deleted.
What does it cost?
It depends on what we build. After our first conversation, and before any work starts, you get a fixed price in writing.
Do I have to buy new software?
Usually not. I build on the tools you already use. If something new is needed, I tell you what it costs before we start.
Do you only work in Vienna?
Yes, in Vienna and the surrounding area, because I come to you in person.
